Helen graduated from the Norman Manley Law School in 2016 and was called to the Jamaican Bar the same year. She is a member of the firm’s Commercial Department and her practice areas include Pensions, Intellectual Property, General Commercial and Environmental Law.
Helen’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and a Master of Science in Marine and Terrestrial Ecosystems, both from the University of the West Indies.
Prior to joining the firm Helen undertook internships in the areas of Planning and Environmental Law and Pension Law, in Jamaica, and Family Law in Scotland. Helen also worked in the private sector in the area of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which included projects related to Natural Hazards and Environment and Human and Social Mapping.
