Myers Fletcher & Gordon is the largest law firm in Jamaica and in the Caribbean Single Market. The firm, established in 1944, has offices in Jamaica and England, with a total of 50 attorneys.

MFG is the preeminent law firm in Jamaica in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, tourism, transportation and financial services. It is especially strong in the financial sector, acting for local and international lenders and borrowers, securities issuers and dealers, banks, insurance companies, mutual funds and pension funds. MFG also has particular expertise in telecommunications, intellectual property, competition, tax, financial regulation, mining, energy, labour and trade.

The firm represents clients in a variety of cross-border commercial arrangements, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and agency and distribution arrangements.
