Ky-Ann Lee holds both a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Bachelor of Law. (Hons) from the University of the West Indies and was admitted to practice in 2006. She joined the firm in August 2006 and has been a member of the firm's Litigation Department since then.

Ky-Ann's practice includes general commercial litigation and claims relating to banking and finance. Ky-Ann is also experienced in complicated civil suits involving obtaining and executing search and freezing orders as well as other injunctive relief.

Her practice also includes contentious real estate matters, such as contentious modification of restrictive covenants and defending claims for adverse possession of land. She has also acted for large developers in appeals against decisions of the local authorities in relation to building and environmental permits. Ky-Ann has also written articles on the law of defamation as well as successfully defended claims for defamation.
Ky-Ann has appeared as counsel in the Resident Magistrates Court, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.

Ky-Ann is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School where she was awarded the Certificate of Merit and was a member of the Principal's Roll of Honour in 2006. She is also a recipient of the Council of Legal Education's award for the best student over two years and the best second year student. Ky-Ann also holds a Certificate in Mediation Practice awarded by the Dispute Resolution Foundation in 2006.
