Gavin Goffe is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and our Tax Practice Group.  He was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2003 after studying at the Norman Manley Law School and the University of the West Indies. Gavin spent three years in our Commercial Department where his practice areas included tax, corporate finance, joint ventures, investment funds and cross-border investments.

Since joining our Litigation Department in 2006, Gavin's practise areas have included banking litigation, employment law, and general commercial litigation.

Gavin is the Honorary Secretary of the Jamaican Bar Association and sits on the Telecommunications, Broadcasting and Techonology Committee of the Bar Association.

For 10 years, Gavin volunteered as a teacher under the Jamaica Foundation for the Advancement of Literacy (JAMAL) program, before he co-founded the The Adult Learning Centres of Jamaica, a not-for-profit organisation focused on improving adult literacy. He also sits on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army in Jamaica, Eastern Division.
