Ethan M. Sinclair practices in the firm's Property  Department, with particular emphasis on real estate finance and mortgage financing. Mr. Sinclair was admitted to the Jamaican bar in 1971 and to the United Kingdom bar in 1985. He is the former head of the  Property Department of the firm.

Mr. Sinclair is a member of the Commercial Committee of the Jamaica Bar Association.
