Hon. Dorothy Pine-McLarty ,O.J. is one of the most distinguished real estate attorneys in Jamaica. She was admitted to practice in Jamaica in 1967. In addition to real estate, she practices in the areas of trust and estate law. Mrs McLarty was head of the firm's real estate department up to 1995. In September 1995, Mrs. Pine-McLarty was transferred to Myers, Fletcher & Gordon London Office and became the first managing partner of the London based firm. She returned to Jamaica in May 1998 and later served as head of the Conveyancing department up to 2002. Mrs McLarty is an independent member of Jamaica's Electoral Advisory Committee.

On October 15, 2007, Mikki was conferred with the Order of Jamaica (the nation's fourth highest honour) for outstanding public service.
